How do I log in to University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix CME portal?

1. Click the Sign In option in the navigation bar.
2. Sign in with your email and password. 

 

 If you need help with your password, click the “Forgot Your Password?” button at the bottom of the sign in box. 

 If you have not setup an account through the CME portal previously, click the “Create New Account” button and fill out the required fields. Then click “Create Account.” Do not use this option if you have attended any of our College of Medicine – Phoenix events in the past. If you create a new profile with a different email, you may have multiple transcripts.

How do I claim CME for CME activity?
Here are the steps via text message: 
You will be provided with a distinct code in the CME activity. Text this number to 888-921-3005.

If this is the first time you are texting your attendance, you must first pair your mobile number to your account. Text the email address attached to your account to 888-921-3005. This will opt you in to the text message attendance program. You will receive a text notification indicating your phone number has been updated. Once your account is paired, text the activity ID to 888-921-3005.

NOTE: attendance can only be recorded 60 minutes prior to the activity start time, during the activity and up to 24 hours after the activity ends.

Here are the steps via a web browser:
1. Visit https://phoenixmed.cloud-cme.com.
2. Click Sign In and enter your email and password.
3. Once signed in, click on the   My CME button and select Claim Credit.
4. Enter the Activity ID for the specific event.

If desired, you can download or print your certificate.

Here are the steps via mobile app:  
1. In your browser or App store, search for the CloudCME® mobile app; it is available for Apple and Android devices. 
2. Download and open it. 
3. Enter in our unique organization code: phoenixmed
4. Log in.
5. Scan the QR code or enter the Activity ID for the specific event.

The app also features mobile access to your transcripts, the calendar of events and other exciting features. 

How do I access my CME transcript?
2. Click Sign In and enter your email and password.
3. Once signed-in, click on the My CME button and select Transcript. 
4. Adjust the dates, if needed, to access the CME credits for the required timeframe.
5. Download or print your transcript. 

What do I do if I am locked out of the College of Medicine – Phoenix CME portal:  
After a certain number of failed attempts to login, your account will be locked.

Why is credit for a CME activity missing from my transcript?
If you do not see a CME credit listed under your profile or on your transcript, verify that you are signed in using the correct information previously used for a College of Medicine – Phoenix CME activity. Check with the CME coordinator to confirm that attendance has been entered or confirmed.

 Include the email(s) used to register or claim credit and the missing session date(s).
We recommend that you check your transcript on a regular basis to ensure your credits are recorded in the system.
